Who We Are

ABA (International Ltd.)

Set up in 1992, ABA has extensive experience over the years in a wide range of projects, ranging from refurbishment to new build, from commercial projects to private luxury residential houses and apartments, via luxury hotels.

Working with listed buildings, old and new, we have built our reputation on strict project oversight and a personal relationship with each client. We have worked on many international projects, travelling with clients and a team of professionals from the UK and overseas, coordinating and leading the various teams and working closely with the client to achieve the brief, from start to finish.

Past commercial works have included consultancy for premier luxury hotel and golf related leisure schemes throughout Europe, alongside other works, leading to the specialist refurbishment of listed buildings.

Residentially, ABA specialises in the luxury end of the private residential market in Central London, the South of France and in the Caribbean.

Alain Bouvier

Trained at the Architectural Association, Alain has led ABA since its formation and takes a personal interest in all projects and client relationships.

Alain has always been motivated by a concern for quality, problem solving, attention to detail and cost effectiveness. Along with his sensitive attention to client requirements and confidentiality, this ethos has been passed down to the team as the company’s mission statement.

The Team

ABA have a small, dedicated and personal multi-national team of architects, interior designers, technologists and technicians, with a specific team allocated to each project from start to finish.

Undertaking all aspects of architectural design and project management, the team are experienced in coordinating all necessary design team partners, as well as working alongside leading interior designers, M&E consultants and landscape architects from all around the world.
